About Rachel
Rachel Wong serves as a Client Success Manager at Atomic Robot, where she builds strong relationships with our clients and ensures their continued satisfaction with our services. With her exceptional communication skills and technical knowledge, Rachel bridges the gap between our technical teams and client stakeholders.
Background
Rachel came to Atomic Robot in 2019 with a background in customer success at SaaS companies. Prior to that, she worked in project management roles, giving her valuable insight into both the client perspective and delivery processes.
She holds a BA in Communication from Northwestern University and is certified in customer success management.

Personal
Outside of work, Rachel is an accomplished violinist who plays in a community orchestra. She volunteers as an English language tutor for refugees and enjoys exploring new hiking trails with her family on weekends.
